Through our experiences, we recognize that there are many barriers to launching a career in tech. The need for a connected community with IT professionals and new entrants to a tech career is vital. And, we believe that the greatest impact can be through a virtual community. We are working with partner organization and IT professions to create this community to connect with each other, share peer-to-peer experiences, Share job referrals and project opportunities, resources to help navigate all the information online identify best practices, and simply ask questions - everyday!
